Tips:

Operation tutorial:
1. Press on to turn on and press program to select the mode (1, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4), and then press the INC button to increase the intensity. Choose the mode and intensity according to your preferences.
2. Shut down: Press the off button, and press it several times to decrease the intensity to 0 to shut down successfully. It conforms to the muscle buffer design and cannot be turned off directly.
